Since the beginning of this project, SimpleCaddy has been downloaded more than 35,000 times! The latest version 1.7 over 13,000 times in 4 months. Nearly as many successful installations in the world. 

But...

Lately the demands for intervention on live sites has increased significantly. This takes a lot of my time and energy, and mostly *without* any compensation  (there are exceptions, those who made a donation will recognize themselves, thanks!).

As from the 1st of July, 2009 a modest service fee of 25$US will be expected for intervention on a site. Your request will be taken into account if you add the PayPal transaction ID to the email with FULL access to your site. If you have problems with giving away this full access, either consider creating temporary accounts or reconsider your request.

One PayPal transaction ID suffices per site. The PayPal Donate button is located on the bottom of each page.

The forum stays free, SimpleCaddy is free, and will remain so. Extra service deserves gratitude. In these harsh times we live in, gratitude mostly comes in the form of a monetary exchange...

SimpleCaddy 1.7 is out, at last. Many new things, like custom fields and categories to better organize your products. The plugin also has a lot of changes, now it is completely configurable as to its layout and appearance.

09/02/09- RawContent is updated to version 1.55.  It is downloadable from here

The package must be unzipped first. BUT if you have installed this excellent addition (Joomla! Package Manager) to the Joomla Core by Sam Moffatt, you can install the package as a whole and all elements will be installed for you. Just remember to Enable/Publish the module and plugins...

(22-01-2009) Atlanticintelligence goes 1.5! As you can see there are a lot of changes in layout, under the hood it is now a Joomla 1.5 site. Lots of things done, and still a few to be done. Please be patient, if something doesn't work, just let me know and I'll fix it.

For those interested in the graphics in the header of this site, it is a slightly distorted (for dimensions only) picture of Lake Manitoba in Canada, about one mile out on the ice in mid March 2008.

(31-10-2008) Atlanticintelligence.net has been transferred to a new hosting company. Hopefully response times will be better. This hosting company allows for more freedom and a lot more functionalities that will further streamline your experience with our Joomla components.

The downside may be that some of you do not find their user accounts. If so, just re-create your account.

(28-08-2008) Demos for joomla 1.0.x are available on http://demo10.atlanticintelligence.net ! But since this site has no success or visitors it will be taken down soon. It looks like Joomla 1.0 is finally on its way out...

Freedom is a good thing, for some the best there is. Some of the programs on this site are free as in gratis/price=0 etc. Some of them are not. The ones that are free, may be freely distributed, whether we get notified of it or not. The priced components also respect the Joomla Freedom Principle (cited above): you get your source code and you can do with it what you want. Some say that the principle is like "Free as in Free Beer". Great, but once you have consommated your free beer we believe that it is not very digestible and or presentable to redistribute it... Therefore the paid components come with the complete source code and support for modifications but also with the kind request that these components are not redistributed. This is not a discussion, merely a statement. There is nothing we can do to prevent you, our valued customer, to give a copy of the product you paid for to someone else. The more you do that, the less service can be given to genuine customers. End of statement. As said, this is not a discussion, merely a statement.

SimpleCaddy for Joomla 1.5.  A small but interesting little system for Joomla: a shopping cart that integrates into the content. No need to install big applications for shopping, for small businesses and personal sites this may be enough. Checkout through PayPal is integrated.

IdeaBox for Joomla. IdeaBox for Joomla can collect ideas from everybody on your server. Let the managers (appointed managers) sort them out and take the benefits of these ideas! Look at the "I have an idea" button on this page.

MPS or MultiPage Surveys. Create your own surveys using MPS. Surveys, questions and answers may contain text, images and other stuff. Take the demonstration and look for yourself. MPS is currently for Joomla 1.0 only, but an upgraded version is planned, although no ETA announced.

JoomlApero. Let your visitors bring others to your site for a drink or other event. This component allows users to invite other users for a meeting, a drink a church picnic or any other kind of event. Integrates seemlessly into your site's CSS. Also a version for J!1.5 is planned and again without ETA.

Integrate Raw Content into Joomla pages. Sometimes the Joomla editors just won't leave your content the way it should be. Encrypted PayPal buttons have this trouble. With this component you can integrate Raw Unformatted content into your page. Check it out in our Joomla section

EZ Palette Editor. Now you can change the colorscheme of your CSS file with a simple program. No need to know about CSS, no need to know colorcodes, this program takes care of everything ! More about it here.
