Language packs are submitted by users of SompleCaddy. I don't speak most of the languages. If a language tag (text) is not available in the language file, the standard SC_* tag is displayed. It is up to you, downloader, to complete the language file in this case! In some cases the translator added his/her address in the language file, perhaps (!) they will be able to help.
